3 months, 3 weeks ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: The issue on generating and updating interview schedules was resolved earlier this morning. After a number of hours evaluating the status, we can confirm that all schedules are able to be generated and updated as expected. Please contact support@scheduleonce.com with questions. Thanks for your patience as we confirmed this resolution.
3 months, 3 weeks ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: Some users connected to our Exchange or Office 365 integrations are experiencing intermittent issues generating and updating interview schedules. For accounts where this happens, the second diagnostic test also might indicate an issue. We are looking into this as a matter of high urgency and will update as soon as we have more information.
5 months, 2 weeks ago 1_Operational ISSUE RESOLVED: Attachments uploaded to Reschedge will now be visible to interviewers.
5 months, 2 weeks ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: We have detected an issue where Reschedge Users are unable to add attachments to interviews. Our development team is working to resolve the issue. We hope to restore full service by tomorrow.
8 months, 1 week ago 1_Operational PLANNED MAINTENANCE COMPLETE: Our database update for the Reschedge app is complete. Although we believe everything should be stable, there is a slight possibility of intermittent service as we monitor the changes closely on our end.
8 months, 1 week ago 4_Complete service disruption UPDATE IN PROGRESS: The Reschedge app is receiving a major database update and is currently down. We will keep you posted.
8 months, 1 week ago Information PLANNED DOWNTIME: This Sunday, April 9 at 1AM Eastern US time, we are updating the Reschedge database. Expected downtime is four hours, with intermittent service for up to five hours thereafter. This downtime will only affect the Reschedge application. All ScheduleOnce services will be operating as usual.
