1 month, 2 weeks ago 3_Partial service disruption ISSUE DETECTED: We have detected an issue where Reschedge Users are unable to add attachments to interviews. Our development team is working to resolve the issue. We hope to restore full service by tomorrow.
4 months, 2 weeks ago 1_Operational PLANNED MAINTENANCE COMPLETE: Our database update for the Reschedge app is complete. Although we believe everything should be stable, there is a slight possibility of intermittent service as we monitor the changes closely on our end.
4 months, 2 weeks ago 4_Complete service disruption UPDATE IN PROGRESS: The Reschedge app is receiving a major database update and is currently down. We will keep you posted.
4 months, 2 weeks ago Information PLANNED DOWNTIME: This Sunday, April 9 at 1AM Eastern US time, we are updating the Reschedge database. Expected downtime is four hours, with intermittent service for up to five hours thereafter. This downtime will only affect the Reschedge application. All ScheduleOnce services will be operating as usual.
